Two single rooms available, from August 1st, in a four-bedroom two-bathroom house located in a quiet housing estate sharing with two friendly second-year students (19/21). Would suit NUIG student, university is only a 15 minute walk away.

House has all mod cons - TV, NTL, wireless broadband, washing machine, central heating, etc. Two minutes walk from launderette, hairdresser, corner shop and ten minutes from Tesco, Dunnes, Lidl, etc.

Rent is E200 pcm + NTL and ESB (approx. E30 pm).
