Is it ok to use both the internal insulated slab and also get the cavity wall pumpeb with the insulated beads?

What are the problems if any?

would I be better off pumping the cavity wall and insulating the external wall?

the better choice is to use external insulation (EWI)

Doesnt make sense to build a cavity if you intend insulating externally.

Internal insulated slabbing is yet to be proven to be a good idea. Makes some sense if the building isnt occupied 24/7 ie it has frequent heating up / cooling down periods.

I think he meant drylining the external wall, not EWI?

dont know, he refers specifically to using insulated slabs and pumping cavity initially... then he refers to a different suggestion.... not the same one.

    OP please clarify
