I just accepted a full time place in this course for 2010/2011. You probably already know this but at an open evening they said the timetable was week on, week off, with classes taking place in the afternoon/evening (I think 3-9pm was mentioned) with some classes on Saturday mornings. It can change depending on lecturer timetables.

    Hope that helps.

I really want to do this course but I am coming from a Law background. Specifically, Corporate Law at NUIG. I have taken about 10 ECTS worth of quantitative subjects (Micro and Macro Econ beginner and Financial and Management Accounting) and now my main worry is that I won't be able to handle the course due to the numerical elements and the fact that most people come from an economics or finance undergrad background. Could you give me some feedback on whether I could manage it not? or should I just look at doing something else?

Some of the best performing students have been law students. Do a GMAT to show how committed you are (ideally get a good grade...). The main issue you might have is some of the more mathematical courses BUT for the most part you will find that hard work will get you there.

thanks very much! as regards the GMAT, what is considered good enough? As in what is the minimum they'd expect me to get?
