large-scale caterers required!

    I posted this over in the food forum but was advised to ask ye over here:

    Just wondering does anybody have advice on who the best value caterers in Ireland (particularly for Galway) might be?

    The criteria are:
    We are looking for a group that could cope with almost 650 guests for a 3-course set menu meal;
    We have our own venue that has a fully equipped catering kitchen;
    We hope to find a caterer that can (in addition to catering on a large scale for regular eaters) cater for all allergies and special food requirements such as halal, kosher and vegetarian options without us having to source a secondary caterer for that;
    We are a volunteer organisation with limited funds (our budget is roughly €20 per person for food) so would be looking for a package that would represent the best value for money, without hugely compromising on quality;
    The timing would be in mid-August, 2011.

    Any help from anybody who has planned a wedding, conference or big event would be greatly appreciated, and if you are a caterer please feel free to PM me!
