Bad shoulder

Last few years I've had a weakness in my shoulder. Hard to explain which part but it doesn't really matter. Basically I can't lift things/push in certain directions without pain. About 18 months ago went to a physio who did some ultrasound thing, massage and gave me excercises to do - she diagnosed it as muscle atrophy

It seemed to work a bit but I got lazy and didnt keep up the excercises. Now its gotten really bad. For the first time the other day it actually hurt without lifting anything.

I'm really broke but its too important to ignore any further. I think I need to see a physio because its worse now so I'm not sure the previous excersises will be correct.

The last physio I went to was in the north, does anyone have any info about the costs of a physio in Dublin? If it is allowed on this forum can anyone recommend one
