I hope this post is ok mods.

I just wanted to post a quick thanks to user slegs (Paul) at Saor TV. I bought a combo HD recorder off him last week. Turns out there was a compatability issue between the box and my TV that is known to the manufacturer. Paul offered my great support, via email and replacing the box. Although the replacement did not fix the issue, he looked after me and we have come to a mutually beneficial deal that I am delighted with.

I don't know him or his business from adam, just came across his site here last week, but the service, support and consideration were amazing. Well done mate, breath of fresh air.

Thats what i like hear.
We usually get posters new to this forum complaining about our Regular posters/Retailers.
In all fairness if Satellite.ie or Soar tv were not represented here then people would not know what they are buying.

Same story. I purchased an Edision combi receiver from Saor, and unfortunately it wasn't working when I received it. Paul arranged a replacement box (delivered in two days!) and the collection of the faulty original. Top notch service, which is a rarity these days. Thanks to Paul.

I may be wrong, but I recall reading a post from Slegs, some time ago, where he explained what was happening. Do a search and I'm sure something will turn up.
