Cancelling Ripwave & Modem Return

    Thought I'd start a thread on this.......I've just cancelled my Ripwave service and nothing was said to me about returning the modem. So what's the story...

    Sales rep had said that.. they... CS... would probably give me an address in which to return it. What's other folks experience?


    Contract states: €200 charge for non return.
