OP the airlines own websites is a good place to start. It normally involves a few days training and there are companies who do this at a cost if the airline is not willing to meet it.
But I wouldnt see cabin crew as a permanent career- if you notice you'll see cabin crew above the age of 30 are fairly rare, Aer Lingus and BA are the exception more than the rule these days. Its also very hard work made even more so as just the very nature of traveling somewhere makes people tired. Also with the budget airlines it doesnt pay very well and you'll also have to base yourself near an airport if you dont want a long commute. You'll also need a car as some shifts start very early in the morning, before buses start operating.

Im not trying to put you off but just putting you wise to the realities of the job.

You have to be within 1 hour's travelling distance from any of their bases, which could be in any of the countries listed, something to think about since you don't have a driving licence- taxis and public transport will be a lot of hassle unless you always stay in the hotels right beside the airports.
