    Hi All,
A quick question, I had planned to run the full Dingle marathon as a first but have been scared off by the hills and the thought of not finishing it would kill me. I have decided to do the 1/2 in Dingle and the DCM.
I have been following the HH plan below religously
    http://www.halhigdon.com/marathon/inter1.html
But now am at week 7, i need to change it to coincide with the DCM
and not Dingle full training. I was doing the maths and if I repeated the weeks 7,8 and 9. Then also repeated the weeks 10,11 and 12 would slide up to the DCM nicely.
Does anyone see a problem with my new plan,
    Thanks,
    Cindyss

    hi Cindyss

just bumping this up for you.

i think it's an interesting and valid question, but i wouldn't be qualified to answer it.

    Anyone any suggestions?

see you in Dublin at the end of Oct!

Congrats Cindyss, sounds like you're motoring nicely. Little point in starting over, so you're strategy is pretty sound, however, seeing as you are progressing nicely you could consider trying to have a more gradual build-up in long run mileage (an additional 13, 16, 19 and 20 mile run. The additional 20 mile run will pay itself off in spades on race day.
