U should try and get Three in Norway, by two of them. Shooting and fishing expedition in Norway's wilderness, 130 years ago. U can get it on Amazon. Good luck on the holls.

“Rough Shooting in Ireland.” By ? Butler ...should be on every Irish shooter’s shelves.
“Better shooting” (or something like that..) It's the Holland & Holland book on shooting . Very instructive - by Ken Davies , improve your technique;)
“Sport in Ireland” is a quaint read, first published in 1870-ish. I picked up a paperback reissue on eBay.
“Confessions of a Poacher” by Jim Connell, first published about 1900.same as above

“The Banville Diaries” diary of a gamekeeper early 1800’s.
Technical stuff – anything by Greener or Burrard, but it is heavy going if you’re not into self improvement on technicals.
Anything by Jim Corbett (Tigers, etc.)
Most of Hemingway’s shooting stuff is readable, but gives me a pain, his personality grates on me.
    Enjoy the hols,

    P.
