Where are the Spanish going to on 19.2?

Friend of mine is learning Spanish from TVE etc, on Astra 19.2 He tells me they are posting messages to the effect that transmissions will cease soon.Anyone know where they are moving to and how to find them? I do not think he would pay for TVE on Sky.

TVE is fta on Hotbird 13E along with couple of other Spanish channels,you're friend may move his dish to pick up that satellite.Theres lots of guys on here that will offer advice and help as to doing it.
