Coolant line pin hole leak

I have a pin hole leak in the coolant line (07 Fiesta). Its just a very fine mist coming out about once a minute. Question is is a repalcment necessary or would just good patch work suffice? And whats a ball park figure to get a replacement fitted?

If you can patch it properely to an extent where no coolant escapes then it will be fine...
