Have use "dupeguru for finding replicate files, for the same reason as yourself: lots of them, over 2.5TB's, to make space. The same company has one for finding one for duplicate music:

Haven't used it, but may be of some use to you?

Just tried doupguru and crashed my pc while installing it (windows 7), then tried doublekiller which worked perfect.

    Try Similarity

Not only it can find duplicate mp3's but other formats like MP3, MP2, OGG, WMA, ASF, AAC, M4A, FLAC, APE(Monkey Audio), WV(WavePack), MPC(MusePack), WMA, etc.
