Looking for the perfect coffee venue

I'm looking for a place that'll do a lovely cup of coffee/tea and cakes/biscuits on a weekday evening (ie 7pm to 8pm). Preferably within 3kms of Dublin city centre. Oh, has to be child friendly too. Any ideas?
