Cant remember where I read it, but somewhere in Facebooks T&C's there is a statement where they say they don't and never will disclose information of peoples activities to others. So basically, someone visiting your page is none of your business as far as they are concerned in respect of the other persons privacy.

There were Facebook apps claiming to offer this information, but they were basically a scam - stay well clear.
