14-06-2010 5:55pm#1We have a savage new re-edit of the DEEP SOUTH flyer/poster artwork courtesy of Ronan Devlin over at Little Seal Design, but the DEEP SOUTH mission statement remains the same... to reclaim Thursday night partying for Dublin's finest and most dedicated hedonists!!!
Conor Smith and Philip Galvin Junior played a couple of rockin' sets down in the DEEP SOUTH basement last week and it went-off BIG TIME down there (check the photos on the DEEP SOUTH Facebook page). Mark Finn weighed in with an impromptu bongo-pounding performance late on too, and we're delighted to welcome Mark back for this week's event... behind the decks this time, although I'm sure the DEEP SOUTH bongos will no doubt still get a good whackin' at some stage again too ;-) Ian Wiley is also gonna make a welcome return to the basement, on warm-up duties this time, getting things going between 10.30 and 11.30, with Mark Finn up next and then DEEP SOUTH resident DJ Steve Kinsey moving back in to the end of night slot from 1 to 2.30am close.
Guaranteed to be another firecracker then, becasue basically... THURSDAYS ARE BACK!!!
