If you train in another martial art(MMA).
Can you train Once a Week to tone up your boxing?
How long woud it take to sparr?

Yes, you can. It depends how long it would take to spar, maximum I'd say is about 8 weeks considering you are going once a week.

Also Daniel be patient. You will very rarely get the answer immediately.

    Don't really get the question.
But I'l answer as best I can.
Once you join a boxing club you can train there. Most Boxing clubs have at least 2 classes a week.
Sparring depends on the club. Some like to see how the beginners are in the ring so they'l spar once they have the appropriate equipment. If you only go to the club to "Tone up your boxing" (I presume you mean to improve your hand speed and power) they will expect you to have a few fights or they won't waste time training you. You should be more focused on improving the basics instead of sparring.
