    What are peoples views on the above? Anyone ever followed it or similar. The key sessions seem to be the LSR and the 10k and 5k paced runs. I am looking at using aspects of it for my 8 week build, 4 runs a week...

    10k/5k session
    Easy run
    Tempo
    LSR

    Any opinions?
