Sorry if this is the wrong place Mods can you move it to a more suitable forum is so?

At around 2:30/45 today two men - one with long curly hair -broke into and attempted to steal a Kia Sorento parked on the canal in Naas at the Leinster Mills complex. They smashed the passenger window, triggered the alarm and made an attempt to open the bonnet. They stole some items from the car and made their get away in a Red Saab or BMW 3 Series E36(Late nineties era) with a yellow rear plate -At least the witnesses agree on that!. We gave chase a couple of mins after and it was last seen turning right over Digby Bridge towards Clane. I'm posting really to give people in the area a heads up and ask if anyone saw anything similar they'd of stood out as they were travelling at least 70 mph up the canal. The car used to getaway was possibly stolen as they used a smashed steering lock to break the window.

Just a quick update some of the property was found at Millicent just outside Clane so they must of headed towards Kilcock or Maynooth/Celbridge. The guy who broke the windows was about 5'10" stocky build and had shoulder length hair wearing a Polo shirt with blue stripes and looked respectable!
