Lad's Holiday in September

Trying to decide on a destination for a Lads holiday for 4-5 of us in our early-twenties for the 2nd or 3rd week in September.

We are hoping for a lively affordable holiday package but are worried that the resort we choose in September will be a barren wasteland full of retired couples.

Surely there must be a place where all cheap-as$ students like ourselves go in September. Not really hoping to spend more than 500e considering it's off peak.

september is not really off peak, unless you go in the last week.

suppose you have been onto panoramaholidays.ie and falconholidays.ie

    must say panorama is cheaper.

the guys holidays would be costa del sol, spain

    Ibiza and Ayia Napa cyprus.

Hersonissos in Crete, lively with lots of bars and good weather. A little cheaper is piskopiano a 10 min walk down hill to the centre but u will need a taxi on the way back as the hill is hard late at night. If you stay in piskopiano get a good complex pay a little more and you will be away from the rough crowd.

I have been onto Falcon alright but these are sales people, id really like to hear of peoples personal experiences.

I did go to Alacante on year in April and the place was like god's waiting room.

Ya there are some good deals on Costa Del Sol and may not be too techno/brit crazy.

Sounds good, I've never been to Greece!
Is this place popular with the ladies also??

Yes, a lot of good looking bikini clad wimen. Have to say, there is a lot of the gay scene around but harmless enough. it is a good spot for night life and I know some people dont like going to Irish bars while away but the Irish bar in the middle was brill.
