PC with composite out for TV

I posted this over at HTPC also but it isn't really a htpc so hopefully nobody minds me posting here also.

Can anyone point me towards an inexpensive PC with composite out? I want to use it to run a program which displays video from IP CCTV cameras. This is going into a distribution amp to several TV's and can only be composite video out.

I had though that a nettop would be the answer but haven't found one that has composite out. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. By inexpensive, I mean the least expensive I can get but if that is 500 euro so be it.

Nearly all cards used to have an S-video out but all the new cards have switched over to HDMI now.

You might find older cards in the highstreet stores, last time I was in PCWorld their stock was horribly out of date (and overpriced).

The old VGA connector could be converted into a composite as far as I know as it is an analog signal.

Thanks for the reply. It is possible to convert vga to composite but the quality takes a big hit unfortunately. I was hoping there was a way to do it with something pre built but I will keep looking.

maybe a second hand laptop would do the job?

Thanks, a used laptop would be a good option. Luckily I found a solution I think. A friend of mine has an old small form factor htpc he was going to use for recording cctv footage but never did. It has composite out, so it should work fine.

Thanks to all for the help
