I'm travelling from Dublin to Dusseldorf. Can anyone tell me if I take a bag on board that measures Length: 50cm x Height: 30cm x Width:25cm? Thanks for your help

I have travelled on two flights with Aer Lingus in the past month and would say the on board allowance is not enforced. No one checked the weight or size of the bags we carried on. this is in contrast to Ryanair, where staff are on comission and check each bag against the metal cage to check size, have a good trip

It depends how busy the flight is. it is quite common to see the attendants going up and down the queue at Heathrow taking bags off people.
