Huawei E169 on windows 7 32bit?

    Hi all,
    I have a laptop with a huawei e169 mobile broadband dongle. This worked fine on Vista but now that I've upgraded to Windows 7 32bit the performance sucks.
    Speedtest stats are:

    Download 0,12
    Upload 0.04
    Ping 301ms

    Before the upgrade to Windows 7 I always got 3MB download without fail. Any ideas? are there new drivers for window 7 that can solve the problem.
