Guitar case handle repair?

I've a Gibson hardcase that needs its handle repaired. One of the rivets broke off. Would a trip to any aul locksmith do the trick? Has anyone had any experience with this before? I can't imagine it should cost too much surely :confused:

I'd imagine a good shoe repair/key cutter guy would have the tools to do this. If it's just a case of reinforcing the rivet hole and putting in a new rivet it should be reasonably straightforward...
