Can anyone help me find the clause relating to JSB and a masters by research?

This was how I qualified for my JSB so I know it is permissible. As long as you are doing a masters by research (i.e. in your own time), you can qualify because you are available to work. Thing is I can no longer find this little nugget of info on either the social welfare site or citizens information. Has anyone come across it that could provide a link? Many thanks.

    (e) Postgraduate (research) students :

Students pursuing a course at Postgraduate level by research only, who do not have fixed lectures or holidays but who work "at their own pace" until the thesis is submitted should have their entitlement examined. Each case should be examined on an individual basis to ensure that the general availability/ GSW conditions are satisfied.

Legend - could not find it but knew it was there. Reason I wanted is that I will shortly be means tested for JSA as my JSB is running out. I know its an acceptable clause but I still felt I wanted to re-arm myself with this knowledge!
