White Collar Boxing?

    Im 15 years old and i do train in MMA,But have never trained in Boxing..Dou you HAVE To be part of a company to do white collar boxing?

    why not just do ''Proper'' Boxing Training?

    As im already in MMA And dont want to comitt to boxing as im comitted to MMA,Just want to get used to fighting again

    White collar boxing is for adults, your 15 so either train and fight with a real boxing club or just stick to the MMA, doing both would probably major improve your MMA anyway tbh, highly reccomended.

    Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.
