    Anyone have any tips how to remember when to use the P button and when to use the C button on the calculator?

    I always mix them up...

    hi5, im just trying to figure that out too! i think its nPr for arrangements, when the order is important, & its nCr for conbinations when the order doesnt matter.. :D



    im a retard, im just after copping! P for Premutations (another word for arrangements) & C for Combinations!:D

    The only one I ever use is nCr. I just multiply or use factorials for the others.
