    Hi Guys,
    Long Time lurker with a question??
    What the hell is a Cross Trainer? My gym instructor says do 20 minutes on the Cross Trainer but I don't know what it is:confused:

    I left the Gym feeling like one:)

    Also known as an elliptical machine, or the 'cross country skiing yoke'...

    If you're unsure of anything a gym instructor is telling you, ask them. That's what they're there for...

    The crosstrainer is the machine you stand on, have a footplate for each foot and two handles for the arms, movement you create is like skiing. It will look something like this
