Is there a way and how can i do it? to make a copy of this so the next time i want to reformat i can just put the disk in and boot from there and i will have everything installed the way i want it??

What you have to do is to get an image of your disk.
There are many programs for this. The most famous is Norton Ghost.
Another one i like is Acronis TrueImage.
