reformatting and have laptop as before

Hi all, I have just reformatted my laptop and i now have everything installed and just the way i want it. Is there a way and how can i do it? to make a copy of this so the next time i want to reformat i can just put the disk in and boot from there and i will have everything installed the way i want it?? thanks in advance

What you have to do is to get an image of your disk.
There are many programs for this. The most famous is Norton Ghost.
Another one i like is Acronis TrueImage.
