Sky HD Epg

Have been using a Sky+ box up to now, but have been given a SKY HD box. Wired up the HD box and stuck in my card and most channels work fine maybe except for the recording function which I understand is more than likely down to my card not being paired with the box which can be done with a call to sky.
But am more curious what peeps think of the the two different EPG's. Because her in doors has got use to the SKy+ box she is not warming to the HD's epg. So don't want to go to the hassle of pairing the card up with the new HD box if anyone cant say it will definitely grow on you

    Cheers

While it does take a bit of getting used to you will find it way better than the old one. Being able to use the 'i' button on all programmes is brill as is being able to keep watching while you go through the EPG.

Overall I prefer the HD one. It does feel a bit clunkier at times, and isn't as smooth as the + version, but it features that you couldn't really do without.

I'm pretty sure there was ansoftware upgrade on it recently too, although not sure what it added/improved.
