I drive an 03 Nissan Primera. There is a noise coming from the gearbox. It seems to be caused by vibration in the gear lever. The main dealer I bought the car from is not very helpful. They are suggesting that I am driving in the wrong speeds for the gear selected. They also say they would have to take the whole gearbox…

They are suggesting that I am driving in the wrong speeds for the gear selected. They also say they would have to take the whole gearbox apart in order to investigate the problem. It is very annoying. Anything I can do?
