    Hi,

I have a double room available to rent in a 2 bed apartment.
The apt is located near Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, with great bus routes to Dublin city centre and the buses to Maynooth just a short walk away. Besides liffey valley, there is also a lidl, aldi and londis within a 10 minute walk of the apt. It is a south facing apt, so there is sun all day and the balcony overlooks an enclosed communal garden.

The apt is less than two years old and has all the modern conveniences (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, wireless broadband, digital tv).
There is also 24 hour security on the estate.

The bedroom is a double, with built in wardrobes (double hanging space, single shelving) there are also two bedside drawers.

I'm looking for someone who is in my own age range (late 20's early 30's), non smoker. I'm aiming more towards mature students or post grad students as I work full time and study part time so although I'm not adverse to a few sociable drinks, this is most definitely not a party house.
The rent is somewhat negotiable as I'm more concerned with finding a good tenant who will be respectful of my home than making a profit.

Please pm me for more details/photos etc.
