    hi, whats the next move when an order of the court has been breached? the guards have been notifed but refuse to enforced the order.do i contact a solictor to make an application to the court or go to the court directly?

    I dont think its for the gardaí to enforce. I think the applicant has to go back before the court.

    Application made to court to hold person in contempt of court order, court then issues warrant for arrest of contemptor and sends it to the gardai for enforcement.
