was watching itvhd earlier and when i changed the channel i lost the signal along with all my channels. i left it for awhile to see if it would come back on its own and while i was waiting i looked up possible causes. after waiting awhile it wasn't gonna come back so i tried switching the two coax cables and that worked and also i found out the cause.i think one of the coax cables has come loose and i think its at the end that connects to the dish. under setting >signal >input 1 lock indicator says not locked. the cable might be faulty and might need replacing but i was wondering if its easy to check the connection at the dish or should i just call sky. i would give it ago myself but i'm cautious about moving the dish and making things worse.

Just go up to dish and tighten the cables into the LNB. If you don't want to do that give Sky a call but if your
out of warrenty it will cost you a 100 euro. It's straight forward enough.
