J.D.R seemed to like this Pistol so said I would post a few pics and a quick run down on it.

It is the Well P362 which retails for 26 USD. Its basically
a cheap crude clone of the Maruzen APS-3 which retails closer to 300 Euro and appears to have been LONG time consistantly out of stock in most airsoft stores that sell it.
Also similar to both these pistols is the KSC-GP-100

And there is a star PSS 300

(The Star fires at over 1j though

To cock the gun you raise the crome lever on the top of the gun which exposes a hold where you can load a single bb. There is also a detachable magazine on the right hand side that will hold 5 BBs.

You need to cock the action first so the gun will fire when you squeeze the trigger. AFTER (not before) you have cocked the gun you then have to use the lever in front of the trigger to pump it once to compress some air only then will the BB go anyplace.

It is extremely quite, as in you barely hear it, ya just here a very crisp pfft. I'm not sure if there is a hopup. The range appears to be 8-10m before the BB will sharply arc downwards. The FPS is between 272-290 with a 0.2g BB. Its got a Hair trigger that is adjustable.

The Handgrip is adjustable but very small, with it fully opened out my hands are a tight squeeze. Its very comfortable to hold, perfectly balanced.

There is a version of this out which features a real-wood grip aparently. (maybe its only a real-wood effect though)
