Fees eligibility

    Hey guys, I was just curios if someone could help me get my head around my particular conundrum regarding fees?

    My situation is this: I recently got offered my 1st CAO choice and am absolutely thirlled by this, however, I have previously received several diplomas via PLC courses and am curios as to whether or not this will dent my chances of being eligible for the Free Fees scheme? The awards I received are Level 5 FETAC, and they were awarded to me in 2007 by City & Guilds.

    Also, I'm curios to find out when I can get the ball rolling for my Free Fees application should I be eligible?

    Any help is much appreciated.
