Laptops graphics, which is better

Eyeing up some of the mid-range Dell stuff. My 800 budget would get me either: Inspiron 17 Intel Core i Video Card 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450 or Vostro 3700 Graphics : Nvidia® Geforce™ GT 330M, 1GB Graphics Which would be better? All i can find online is tons of stats i don't understand but no comparison :)
