Hi, not to sure if this is the right forum but sure im sure someone can direct me...

I own an ae86 1987 Twin Cam and i was just wondering could anybody tell me the correct technique for drifting. I use a private car park, and i just can't get the tail to stay out. I use the clutch kick method to initiate but i think my counter steer technique may be the problem. Can anyone point me in the right direction (literally:)).

    Check your mirrors
    Signal
    Check your blindspot
If it's safe to drift, start drifting slowly and smoothly
    Cancel your signal
Proceed drifting, making sure you observe 360 degrees.
Give right of way to all cars as you drift

(Sorry, couldn't resist. Maybe you would have more luck in one of the other Motoring forums

I'm not even sure where to put this, main motors would just turn into a mess of a thread.
Anyway, this isn't the place for it!
