I know there's something attached to Gmail, Picasa isnt it, but if i recall it doesnt have much storage!

Is there any other sites, as i cant be arsed with Facebook as thats too public & i wouldnt be on that often anyway.

    Thanks for any help.

Its picasa 3, and has some nice easy editing features.
    1.
It may appear to have little storage, but it compresses pics with no loss of definition (that I can see) and I've not had a problem with storage. If necessary, you can pay for more, but you won't need it unless you take thousands of photos.
    2.
You can download it free, then open it and let it identify all the photos on your machine (this can take quite a while - bear with it). Don't worry, they are not escaping from your machine, just being recognised by Picasa.
    3.
Then organise the photos into albums within Picasa
    4.
there is an 'upload' button to load an album to web albums, during which you decide whether it is a public or private album.
    5.
Then you can 'share' albums with anyone via an email link. That way, the recipient only gets the link and they decide when to view them.

You have the advantage of controlling who sees each album (it lists who you sent the link to), or making it a public album, if you want to.

You need to create a google account, but you don't have to have a gmail address - you can supply any email address.
    Have fun!
