    Patrick Stewart was being a f*cking assh*le. Whoever wrote his 'jokes' need to be fired, they were pretty insulting and delivered with the bluntness of a hammer to the head.

    Sure, sometimes Corden makes fun of his weight but that wasn't making fun it was being insulting.

    Stupid of Stewart to go up against a comic who can make jokes up on the spot. Plus Corden is not ashamed of his weight and takes the jokes of it in good spirit. Needlessly targeting him was not funny and the fact he tried to slag him a few times made him look desperate. I know many people in the entertainment industry will not like Corden but there is a time and a place for this and a awards ceremony is not it. If he really wanted to help him he would have given the advice after the show. I think it is time he headed back to Space

    If he can 'make jokes up on the spot', he should probably have utilised that skill, rather than attempting to physically intimidate Stewart.
    Neither of them came out of this looking well.
