We bought a mh recently and are keen to get out and about. I've a quick question about disposal of shower waste. Is there a specific place on campsites to dispose of it? In our mh you pull a black lever underneath the van and it flows out onto the ground. Just wondering about the actual logisitics of this!

Yes, there are special disposal gullies for this on most campsites.
The idea is that you drive the vehicle over the gully and let it flow.

Please do not dispose of shower water/dishwater in a normal roadside gully.
Most of these are only meant for rainwater and do not lead to a wastewater treatment plant.

Im lucky at home in that I have a manhole for the house waste water right next to where I park my camper, so I can just empty it into there.
