Also with the current economic climate (ugh!) any info or opinions on career prospects and employment opportunities for diagnostics radiographers?? Salary also?! Also post grad recommendations like in MRI and that??

I'm not a radiographer so nothing about the course other then i know people who did it and have a job (graduating last year and now working in vincents).

What I will say is the current economic climate should have know relevance to your course choice. Noone knows what areas will be good and what won't in 4 years time.

I'm not doing radiography but had been thinking about it when I was filling out the CAO. I was advised to try do some work experience if possible. It's a very specialised course so you'd want to make sure it's for you.

Be advised that in First and second year all the placement totaling about 11 weeks is during holidays such as christmas break, midterm break and june for 2nd years.
