This course hasn't actually run yet and will only run this year if they get enough applicants. So I haven't actually done the course but I completed my degree in IADT and we did a module in organisational psychology so I can only imagine its similar (what I covered sounds exactly like what your looking for). As far as IADT go as a college I can only highly recommend them and the lecturers are fantastic and are very open to cover topics that will suit the students interests and needs.

However, if the organisational psychology course doesn't get enough applicants, IADT also run a certificate in sport psychology which does overlap a lot with organisational psychology, i.e., will cover topics such as motivation, goal setting and group dynamics which would be useful for Work settings where teamwork and performance issues are important.

Hi - I completed the Masters in Org. Psychology last year. 2 years in DCU, great course, lecturers etc. Pricey enough so obviously would really need to make sense to you to do it.
