What is this button for???

    This button is to the left of the main control panel in my MH...never worked out what it does...my guess is an electric immersion heater but im not sure that it is...i have switched it on without running the gas heater but it doesnt appear to heat the water.
    This ones been boggling me.

    Any chance it is the water pump isolation switch?

    I know , pick me , pick me , pick me! lol

    It's a heater on the waste water tank drain . In Northern European countries , the waste tank can freeze , meaning you can't empty the waste .

    Leave it off , as we don't need it , and it'll deaden the battery .

    That's the one on the panel itself , with Pompe written over it .

    Cheers Aidan...thats what prob killed my battery last weekend so!!
    Altho when i toggle the switch it doesnt register any current draw(thats why i thought it was a mains/emersion thing)...so its prob not working in any case!!

    umm... I think that the ammeter doesn't register that device .

    That makes sense so..ill check it tomorrow with the multimeter to see if its drawing current.
