    Hey all,

I posted about this before and I got many helpful responses so thanks for all those however, I wasn't able to get ITV programmed into the 'Other Channels' section.
With the World Cup on now, can anyone tell me why the normal Freq settings for ITV works for everyone else, how come it doesn't for my and my box

If anyone can help please get in touch.
MODS- if this is in the wrong section of boards please feel free to move to a more appropriate home.

    Cheering for Netherlands.

Go to services, add channels and type in,
    10.832 H 22000 5/6 itv1HD
watching it now, great picture :)

On a side note, why is it not been shown on bbcHD ?

Actually just checked my itv HD in other channels and I keep getting " there is a technical fault with this channel" and no picture of course.

Anyone else having the same problem?

There has been some movement on some ITV1-HD channels. Try tuning ITV1-HD London on Frequency 10.936 Polarisation Vertical Symbol Rate 22000 F.E.C. 5/6

You should also get STV-HD on that transponder, both channels are transmitting in 1920 X 1080 which is an improvement over the old 1480 X 1080.

Actually theres two links for itv HD on that frequency so I added them both. Anyone know if they are different versions? Regional or one with higher bit rate or something?

One is scrambled for Sky & Sky FTV the other is unscrambled I assume for Freesat, No difference in terms of quality that I noticed

The one labelled 4051 is ITV1 HD Granada.

I was lookin for that ch earlier as i got the info from http://www.lyngsat.com/hd/astra2d.html
neat site, as im goin over to my brother's tomoro (who has a HD Telly & i dont), is the ch only available/visible to tune in on Other Channels on a HD box & not on a sky+SD box (mine)?

    I tuned it in using:10.832 H 22000 5/6 itv1HD & got
    ITV4+1
    ITV1 WALES
    ITV1 WEST
    WESTCOUNTRY
    G49

& got NO CHANNELS FOUND using:
Try tuning ITV1-HD London on Frequency 10.936 Polarisation Vertical Symbol Rate 22000 F.E.C. 5/6

    Any help please

Just checked them again, still receiving the same signals, just in case i done it wrong, so maybe this shows up in a normal sky+ box?

    Thanks.

The HD channels will not appear on a sky+ box, you will need an HD box.
