Need a Team For Web based RPG !

Ok well i have you all looking at this thread for one Reason
Me an My friend are looking For Staff / Team for making an Web based RPG game
The on problem is that , All The money made goes back into the game....:pac:
So NO ONE gets paid...But for those doing courses including this ...it would be great for you all ....
SO the game has no basic layout or Nothing . Were gonna start from scratch ,
Our main ideas Are kind of Gangster Based games.

I have got some of my thoughts on that game,
SO For the moment We are trying to Fill our Teams.
Lay out Designer
The lay out Designer Would need to know how to make the basic layout using
-PHP
-Java script
-HTML
-mysql
These would mainly be used for a basic Lay out.
Atm This is all where looking for , once we shape the game more staff will be needed
