Did anyone see the new Alex Ferguson ad. I did marketing in college and I was sure you couldn't just use someone's name with out permission. Anyone know how they were allowed do this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqwJKyEPDII&feature=player_embedded

I'd say there is a bit of passing off there.

I cant see any evidence of an actual club in Ballincollig - may seem a trivial point - but if that individual doesn't actually exist (or the team) then it a bit of fiction..
