i have paid for my 1st month insurance with aviva.. they want me to send them a photocopy of my licence, the filled out agreement/propsal form and the NCT report..all i got the the seller was an NCT certificate, with the disk part torn off and in the car windscreen.. is this what they mean by NCT report? or is this something else i will need to get. the disk says the car is NCT'ed untill 12/10.

    Hi,

I'm in the same situation. Only got the disc from the guy who sold me my car, not the full report.

I sent off the photocopy of the disc and all the other documentation to Aviva there on Wednesday... Haven't heard anything back from them yet. I expect that they will call if there's any problems...

Either way, I'll post back here and let you know what happens.

    Update:

Got my insurance disc in the post yesterday.

No problem with the NCT report, seems the disc is fine to send in...
