CATCH THE CONCEPT – GLOBAL CONCEPT – WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
BH Bikes have been around since 1907 and were the first to win the Vuelta Espana – a feat they reproduced in 2006. They have acquired the ISO 9001 qualification for quality. BH have always been market leaders in the development of new technology, hence the arrival of the Global Concept. The Global Concept technology was developed by BH in collaboration with Manolo. Saiz for use at the highest level of cycling around the world. The Global Concept aims at the natural progression of the frame up to the seat height. In the development of this concept BH have been able to develop a frame that is lighter, stronger and more rigid than ever before, a bike that stands up to the rigours of professional racing time and time again. The complete absence of joints between the frame and the seatpost allows the stresses placed on the frame to be transferred harmoniously ,creating a superior ride quality.BH uses High Modulus M35J carbon fibre throughout the frame. BH uses Harmonic Vibration profiles in the tubes of the Global Concept, that apart from looking good, play a significant role in reducing high frequency vibrations, thus giving a better irde and increased stiffness. The Global Concept also provides a lightweight frame – sub kilo including seat post! The frame also offers a very low centre of gravity adding to the stability of the bike in whatever conditions are thrown at it. The Global Concept represents years of research and development to create the ultimate bicycle frame for any conditions . It combines cutting edge technology,
lightweight, unrivalled stiffness and superior handling and stability. BH also has the confidence and backing of a Pro Tour team."

A few questions that might spark some interest.
Has the bike ever been crashed or dropped or is there much cosmetic damage to it. Pictures would help is this regard. How much kms would you have clocked on it do you reckon. Did you buy the bike new at the time.
Are the wheels the original that came with the bike, much kms on these or what are the side walls like. Also are they clinchers or tubs. What version Ultegra is on it, 6500 or sometime prior? What's the gear ratio on the cassette and I presume the FSA cracks are stardard double?
What's the combined weight of the bike and does it include pedals and bottle cages and if so what type. What length is the stem.
    Thanks

Cheers Dr_collosus. Bikes had one or two bumps but nothing out of the ordinary, just the usual scuffs to the cranks and shifters. will add pictures to show these.
Bike was bought new in eurocycles, couldnt give you an exact figure on the distance but 3k, max id say.
Wheels are original ones that came with the bike and are clinchers.
Bike is ultegra 6600 throughout, apart from the cranks which are fsa slk 175mm, standard bcd 130 i think and are 53-39, as far as i remember casette is ult 6600 12-25.
Weight is around 6.5 kgs maybe 6.7 depending on pedals not 100% sure on that, but around that. I can thow in either ultegra pedals or Look Delta pedls. Cages are either Elite Ciussi bottle cages or normal BBB cages, with the plasticy things in the corners. stem's 12cm, but i can change it for one to suit as i've a few bars and stems knocking about the shed.

    Hi there,

Any chance you could stick up a few pics, have a friend looking for a road bike suitable for racing and this might fit the bill.

    Cheers,
