Is the green Cert any good if you are inheriting a farm?

The Green Cert is very benifical. If you are inheriting land and you are under 35 years of age. You will be exempt from stamp duty and inheritance tax and also there was a grant of around 9,500. I think the grant is still there. If you are inheriting valueable land and are under 35, its a must must

The on-line cert was restricted to students who already held some type of computing qualification . I don't know if this is still the case either way if i`d the time or opportunity go with the 1 year cert from a college like pallaskenry in limerick its more hands on

You need to have at least a previous level 6 qualification. (Think that is a degree on the old system)
